As the seasons change, so do the things we grow, create, and share! From turning garden goodness into nourishing compost to crafting homemade herbal salves and seasonal lip balms, we’re embracing the beauty of nature’s cycles.
Our CLL vocational community is learning, creating, and finding new ways to turn simple ingredients into something special. From seeds to seasoning, garden to gifts, and learning to living – every season brings a new opportunity to grow!
News from the Garden!
After a long, hot, and dry summer full of perseverance, patience, and the promise of cooler weather, our garden and trainees are slowing down and celebrating a successful CSA season! We are harvesting cool-weather crops, seed-saving, and preserving our harvest through pickling and jamming. We’re also reflecting on our year and brainstorming ways to make next year’s CSA even better.
